GASTON KRONEMAN

KIT Fitness was founded by Gaston Kroneman—someone who understands transformation firsthand. After suffering a major injury, Gaston rebuilt his life by losing over 100 pounds through relentless consistency, research, and resilience, proving that real change is built, not given.


With over 20 years of training experience, Gaston brings a rare blend of technical expertise and real-world perspective to coaching. His background includes multiple Pilates certifications, spin instruction, years of competing in men’s physique shows, and a successful modeling career. One of his core specialties is helping clients achieve “The Look” they want in a sustainable, realistic way—without sacrificing health or longevity.


Having played baseball and other competitive sports for most of his life, Gaston developed the athletic foundation and discipline that now define his training philosophy. As he puts it:


“People assume it was easy—that I was just born this way. But the truth is, I worked for this. If you have a goal, don’t compare yourself to others. Focus on your own path, take control where you can, and remember: everything is possible through hard work and faith in the process.”

IAN SMALL

Ian Small has been a personal trainer since 2018 and brings more than 15 years of lifting experience to every session. He began his fitness journey through strength and explosive training for competitive sports—including soccer, football, and shot-put—and now focuses on longevity, functional strength, and injury prevention.



Having personally lost over 100 pounds, Ian understands the dedication and mindset required to create lasting change. His mission is simple: help as many people as possible fall in love with training and unlock their full potential.

Leah Reidy

Leah is a certified personal trainer with five years of experience coaching individuals, small groups, and full-class sessions. She specializes in strength training and is passionate about helping clients build confidence, refine their technique, and reach their fitness goals.


Leah’s training style is rooted in consistency, encouragement, and a supportive approach that empowers every client to feel strong—both inside and outside the gym.

RENE Thomas

Rene is a performance coach with over 15 years of experience in lifting, bodybuilding, and athletic training. A former Firefighter/EMT with Dallas Fire Rescue and a current Acrobatic Dunk Athlete for the Houston Rockets, he brings elite-level conditioning, calisthenics mastery, and explosive athleticism into every training session.



Rooted in a baseball background and forged in high-pressure, performance-driven environments, Rene has trained for and passed multiple elite fitness assessments, including the Firefighter CPAT, Federal Air Marshal standards, and Air Force Pararescue (PJ) entry requirements. This experience gives him firsthand insight into training with precision, purpose, and resilience.


Specializing in calisthenics, core development, and conditioning performance, Rene helps clients master skills ranging from pull-ups and handstands to preparation for demanding fitness exams and competitions such as HYROX, military, and civil service entry standards. His coaching emphasizes true body control, functional strength, and performance that carries over into sport, service, and everyday life.

Rene’s mission is clear: build bodies that are as capable as they are aesthetic. He teaches clients to move, lift, and command their bodies with confidence—developing strong, athletic, real-world muscle that performs just as good as it looks.
